Microsoft Project is a planning tool that is relatively simple to work with, from the MS Office suite experience most users have. But which options must be on or off to plan according to the Best Practices from Project Controls? How do you create and assign resources? How can you best track progress and reschedule? And what are the benefits of good use of baselines and the different Gantt chart visualizations?
This training is more than a computer course. You will learn how to properly handle the software and what a planner needs to be able to make a good planning.
